PUNO CONSULTING has been established in 2017, and one of its main goals is to support both distribution and sale force into implementation of the client cooperation model based on long term relationship and understanding of client’s needs. In this scope company is sole and exclusive representative of the system provided by American company Integrity Solution for the Polish market.

In addition to that, we wanted to meet the identified needs of our future clients, PUNO CONSULTING created unique insurance program, which allows to maintain the lifestyle level even in the hard Times, moreover, it allows to plan the realization of the future financial needs. This program has been prepared in collaboration with International insurance moguls.

Under the leadership of business executives from both Poland and the United States, PUNO has become the sole representative of the Integrity SellingTM platform, which trains sales representatives on building trust with their clients as a way of forming long-term, lucrative relationships. Additionally, PUNO’s Lifestyle Protection Planning company is Poland’s frst business focusing on advanced insurance planning concepts.

Doctor of economic sciences (Ph.D.), graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw. Present on the financial market since 1992, gained his first experience in Silesia, working for an insurance company Feniks. Then for over 6 years,  he held the position of a Regional Director in Gerling Poland (German industrial risks insurer). In 2001 he moved to Warsaw, where I worked for the non-life part of Commercial Union Poland (AVIVA), building from scratch the Division of individual insurance, as its Director. Later  worked as a member of the Management Board in AIG Poland and was responsible for personal insurance. Then he became the CEO of Genworth Financial in Poland (General Electric). After three and a half years of building the company from the basis, the team guided by him, achieved a high rank as one of the leaders on the Polish bancassurance market. In the years 2008 – 2011 he was the President of the Board of Directors of Signal Iduna Group in Poland (Life and Non-Life Insurance Company and the medical centre).  In the years 2008 – 2012, closely cooperated with Polish Insurers Association, as the Vice-President of the Health and Accident Insurance Committee. From 2012, he became the President of the Management Board and a Partner at the consulting firm PUNO. In less than six years company completed  57 consulting projects, including those related to mergers and acquisitions. Since 2017 licensed trainer of Integrity Solutions system and co-owner of PUNO CONSULTING.
A 30-year veteran of the insurance and financial services industry, Pete is currently the General Agent of one of MassMutual’s largest agencies. He previously served as general agent to MassMutual’s Rochester agency; co-general agent at The New England/Robinson Co. in Waterbury, Connecticut; and as an agent at the New York Life Insurance Company. Before entering the financial services world, he coached college basketball for five years, and worked as a social worker in his hometown of New Haven, Connecticut. A firm dedication to community and industry service, and Polish culture remain at the center of Pete’s professional and personal endeavors. He is the co-founder of the Charter Oak Fund, Charter Oak’s charitable arm, which supports numerous local philanthropic causes and organizations; a board member of GAMA International, as well as of GAMA’s Executive Leadership Cabinet; an executive board member of The Kosciuszko Foundation; a board member at Quinnipiac University; Chairman of the Board of Quinnipiac university’s Central European Institute (CEI); and an adjunct member of the University of Warsaw Alumni Association. In 2013, Pete and his wife, Kasia, established the Novak Family Polish Chair at the university in support of CEI to strengthen ties between the United States and Eastern European countries with developing economies. Pete’s travels to Poland in this capacity have been instrumental in bridging the gap between the business and insurance industries here and in Poland. Since 1997 licensed trainer of Integrity Solutions system, and since 2017 co-owner and President of Management Board of PUNO CONSULTING.
